Length of Time of SERVICES

The length of time of the consulting engagement is dependent on several variables including but not limited to:

• Severity of cash flow situation,
• Existing management team,
• Willingness of ownership and management to accept and embrace recommendations and changes,
• Existence of executable and realizable strategic business plan (and if completely non-existent, then the ability of the management team to align and collaboratively assist in the development of the strategic business plan),
• Capital/credit sources, and
• Durability of customers and vendor base.

We strive to complete our work within 3-18 months.
